Child Support Enforcement

The Child Support Enforcement Offices in the 23rd Judicial District offers residents a means through which to collect child support. The office may establish new child support orders, as well as enforce existing orders. The office can also aid in seeking back due support on existing orders. The Child Support Enforcement Office can also obtain a court order to establish paternity using DNA testing.
